Evaluation: Target audience

My music magazine represents a particular social group well it's more of a sub-cultural identity called "Indie kids". The demographics of this group are mainly male aged from 16 to 20 years old with a social status of groups C1, C2 and B but mainly students and as for race I would generally say it is aimed at a minority of white people near cities. The psychographics of this particular group of people are mainly individuals, the lifestyles they lead are: living with parents, single or in a relationship and they either do not work or have a part time job, spend most of their time going to gigs or buying tickets to go to gigs, buying clothes and shoes, downloading music to their iPod's etc. The target audience for my product has been predominantly male but can be approached by females with an age range of 16 - 20 year olds. The audience will still be living with parents or possible moved out/ at uni etc , will be either single or in a relationship and have no children. The audience would be mostly interested in concert tickets, mobile phones, clothes, hair products (as every indie kid has great hair), possibly games consoles, guitars / musical instruments. The brands that they would know of would more than likely be converse, vans, topman/topshop, Sony Ericsson/LG/Nokia/Blackberry , Apple - iPod, iPhone. They would listen to bands such as The Killers,Bring me the horizon and The Wombats.
